Latrobe Community Health Service runs the Gippsland Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS), which assesses eligibility for care in an aged care home and for other Commonwealth-funded programs such as packaged care. If you’re eligible for a home care package, we can help you coordinate the services you need to help you remain at home and in your community for as long as possible. We also run planned activity groups that meet to enjoy doing things together in a friendly and supportive environment. Many of these services are offered throughout Gippsland.
