Managing COVID risks in the workplace after the revocation of public health directions

This session will provide attendees with a greater understanding of how best to manage unvaccinated staff, face coverings and COVID positive patients given public health directions are no longer in force.

Sonya Black, Avant Legal Team Manager, Workplace Law, will discuss strategies for maintaining a safe workplace particularly looking at:

• the practice’s legal obligations and responsibilities;
• the importance of ongoing risk assessments; and
• managing non-compliance with the practice’s requirements.
