Part 2: How to get the best out of POLAR to enhance your patient care for Practice Nurses

You are invited to come along and hear about the improvements you can make in your practice through the use of POLAR.

POLAR (Population Level Analysis and Reporting) is a software product you can use within your practice to support internal operations, patient-centred care, quality improvement and business development. In short, POLAR makes it easier to see your practice data, and to take action based on that data.

Because POLAR has so many capabilities, sometimes it can be tricky to know where to start, or useful reports can be tucked away. This session aims to help you get the most out of POLAR, so you can use your practice data to make a difference to your patients.

This interactive session will be led by Angela Aitken, one of Gippsland PHN’s digital health team members.

Angela regularly provides POLAR training to Gippsland clinics. If you have any burning questions you would like answered in this session, please feel free to send them through to they can be scheduled into the agenda.
