Symptom Management at the End of Life for GP’s – PEPA

Target Audience:

This workshop is for General Practitioners based in Victoria (AUS) who care for people with a life-limiting illness. Practice Nurses are also welcome to attend.

• Managing fatigue

• Managing insomnia

• Managing dyspnoea

Facilitator: Dr Chris Grossman

Dr Grossman is a Fellow of the Chapter of Palliative Medicine of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a General Practitioner and lead palliative researcher at Calvary Health Care Bethlehem (CHCB), Victoria. Chris is a passionate advocate for education and research in Palliative Care. His main research focuses to date have been on providing evidence-based treatments for patients suffering existential issues and advocating for equal care for minority health groups.

PEPA is an accredited educator with RACGP. Workshops are eligible for Category 2 CPD points
