Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers, and regular screening is the best way to protect your health. If you’re a woman or person with a cervix aged 25–74, you should have a Cervical Screening Test every five years.

Gippsland PHN is inviting general practices across the region to participate in the new Gippsland Advance Care Planning in General Practice – Quality Improvement initiative, designed to strengthen advance care planning (ACP) and palliative care delivery in primary care settings.

Community organisations, health services and local groups are encouraged to apply for a new round of grants aimed at increasing community understanding of palliative care and the importance of advance care planning.
