Navigating mental health help in Gippsland

Gippsland Medicare Mental Health
- Gippsland Medicare Mental Health is a free and confidential telephone service connecting people with the help and support they need to keep mentally healthy. Appointments or referrals are not needed to access this service, which can be reached by telephoning 1800 595 212.
Head to Health
- Head to Health provides advice and a welcoming place for everyone who needs mental health and wellbeing support. It is available to Victorians of all ages and provides care navigation and access to a multidisciplinary mental health team.

Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Service
- The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Service helps to improve the mental and physical health of people experiencing severe mental health issues that are not supported by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
