QPR training is a practical, evidence-based program designed to teach individuals how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and respond effectively. Standing for Question, Persuade, Refer, QPR empowers participants with the confidence and skills to identify someone at risk, engage in a supportive conversation, and connect them with professional help. Much like CPR for physical health emergencies, QPR is an early intervention tool that can save lives by fostering awareness, compassion, and timely action.
