Standing for Question, Persuade, Refer, QPR empowers participants with the confidence and skills to identify someone at risk, engage in a supportive conversation, and connect them with professional help. Much like CPR for physical health emergencies, QPR is an early intervention tool that can save lives by fostering awareness, compassion, and timely action.

Recognise and Respond training equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to identify warning signs of suicide and take appropriate, compassionate action. Through practical tools and real-life scenarios, the training focuses on how to recognise when someone may be struggling and how to respond safely and effectively. It empowers individuals to have supportive conversations, reduce stigma, and connect those at risk with the help they need – playing a crucial role in early intervention and community suicide prevention efforts.
