Gippsland PHN Whistleblowing Policy

Gippsland PHN is committed to the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour and to promoting and supporting a culture of honest and ethical behaviour, corporate compliance, and good corporate governance.

To make a disclosure you must be a current or former employee, an Officer, a person (or employee of a person or entity) who has supplied goods or services which can be either paid or unpaid, and can include volunteers, associate, or a spouse or relative or dependant of one of these people.

A disclosure should only be made when there are reasonable grounds to suspect a disclosable matter has occurred.

Disclosures should be directed to our Whistleblower Protection Officers. Gippsland PHN’s Whistleblower Protection Officers are:

  • Board Chair
  • Chief Executive Officer
  • General Manager Corporate Services
  • Manager Human Resources
