Urgent Care Clinics
If you need urgent medical care but it’s not an emergency, Gippsland’s Urgent Care Clinics are here to help. Latrobe Urgent Care Clinic and Warragul Medicare Urgent Care Clinic remain open over the holiday period, including public holidays.
Urgent Care Clinics can assist with:
- Minor infections and fevers
- Urinary discomfort
- Sprains, suspected minor fractures, and muscle or back pain
- Minor cuts, burns, bites and stings
- Stomach issues such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal pain
- Headaches, migraines and asthma symptoms
What to expect
- Open 7 days a week, 8.00am to 10.00pm
- Pathology and imaging onsite or nearby
- Free care, with or without a Medicare card
- Walk-ins welcome. No appointment required

Medicare Mental Health support
The holiday period can be a difficult time for many people. The Medicare Mental Health Intake Phone Line is available weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 8.30am to 5.30pm to help connect you with the right support. Medicare Mental Health is not a crisis or emergency service.
