Dr Noah Pallot joins Gippsland PHN as a Board Director

Gippsland PHN is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Noah Pallot to its Board of Directors, following the recent Annual General Meeting and subsequent Board meeting. At the meeting, Mr Nathan Voll was reappointed as Board Chair, a role he has held since December 2023, and Dr Letitia Clark was reappointed as Deputy Chair.

Dr Pallot is a Rural Generalist Registrar based in Sale with a lifelong connection to Gippsland. Raised and educated locally, he brings a deep understanding of the region’s unique health needs and a strong commitment to ensuring equitable access to care for rural and regional communities.

Currently working at Central Gippsland Health, Noah provides hospital-based clinical care and contributes to system improvement and medical education. In 2024 he was named the Victorian Rural Generalist Program (VRGP) Gippsland Intern of the Year, recognised for his clinical excellence, leadership and advocacy for rural healthcare.

Noah’s passion for person-centred care was shaped early in his career through his work as a Disability Support Worker, providing firsthand insight into the barriers faced by vulnerable and underserved populations.

He holds several representative roles with Central Gippsland Health, the VRGP Gippsland Regional Network and the Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria. Through these positions, he advocates for junior doctors, the sustainability of rural training pathways and the continuous development of high-quality rural health services. He also teaches as an adjunct lecturer with Monash University and is completing a Graduate Certificate in Health Professions Education.

In addition to his clinical and education roles, Noah serves as a Board Director of the Rural Doctors Association of Victoria, contributing to strategic planning, governance and risk oversight while representing rural junior doctors across the state.

His previous experience as Operations Coordinator with YMCA Baw Baw further strengthened his skills in risk management, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and policy development, along with leading health and wellbeing programs focused on inclusion and community participation.

Noah is currently undertaking a Master of Public Health and has a growing interest in improving integration between hospital and primary care services, particularly for communities with limited access to services.

Dr Pallot’s clinical, governance and operational experience, combined with his deep regional ties, position him well to support Gippsland PHN’s mission of working together for a measurably healthier Gippsland. Read more about the Gippsland PHN Board: https://gphn.org.au/about-us/board-directors/
