Gippsland PHN and Monash University are evaluating the Gippsland HeadtoHelp Service and are interested in speaking to people who have used the service (along with their carers or family members) to learn about the experience.
The information you share can help Gippsland PHN understand which aspects of the HeadtoHelp service worked well and what could be improved.
The aim is to make it easier for people in this region to get access to timely mental health care and other support they need.
Interviews will be undertaken over the telephone or via video conference and will take about 30-40 minutes. A $50 grocery voucher will be offered to all interview participants.
Go to Evaluating the HeadtoHelp Experience – Rural Health (monash.edu) if you are interested.
