Sue Shadbolt – Palliative Care Nurse Educator/ Gippsland VAD Care Navigator
Sue Shadbolt works in an education role within the Palliative Care Consultancy
Gippsland Team and across Latrobe Regional Hospital. She also serves as a Gippsland
Voluntary Assisted Dying Care Navigator, supporting patients, families, and healthcare
professionals throughout the Voluntary Assisted Dying pathway.
Sue has worked in the field of palliative care for many years, bringing extensive experience
and a strong commitment to improving end of life care. From 2011 to 2019, she worked
as a Donation Nurse Specialist with Donate Life Victoria, where she played a key
role in supporting organ and tissue donation processes and promoting community
awareness.
