Voluntary Assisted Dying Care Navigator Service – Community of practice

This community of practice session is specifically for healthcare professionals who directly support people in accessing VAD.

The session will be chaired by the VAD Navigators

This session focuses on learning about how other roles in health can intersect with the VAD process and EOLC planning.
