Gippsland PHN is updating the Growing Up Healthy section of our Health Needs Assessment, and we’re keen to hear about your experiences and ideas for supporting the health and wellbeing of people up to 25 years of age.
If you’re a professional who works with children and young people, or a community member, your insights can help us better understand what’s working well and where things could be improved for children and young people in our region.
Your feedback will help us:
- Understand the key issues affecting children and young people’s health and wellbeing
- Identify gaps in local services and where there are opportunities to improve service delivery
- Shape flexible, locally tailored initiatives that improve access to primary healthcare
Our Health Needs Assessment combines local evidence, community feedback and stakeholder insights to help guide service planning and support a more responsive and effective primary healthcare system.
The survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete and you can choose to leave your contact details if you’re interested in taking part in a follow-up interview.
If you’re a GP and short on time, there’s also a quick survey option that only takes 3–5 minutes.
You can choose to remain anonymous, and all responses will be handled securely in line with privacy legislation. More information is available in Gippsland PHN’s Privacy Statement.
The survey closes at 5pm on 26 June 2026
