Are you a provider delivering aged care, disability, health, veterans’ or community services in Latrobe City?
Become an exhibitor at the Latrobe Care Expo and connect with individuals, families and carers looking to discover available supports, access information and learn more about your services.
The expo brings together a wide range of local services and represents a great opportunity for your organisation to collaborate with other providers, engage with your target audience and achieve better integrated care outcomes in Latrobe City.
We welcome expressions of interest from organisations that support older people, people with disability, veterans and carers within the Latrobe City area. This includes:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers
- RSLs and veteran support organisations
- Community health organisations
- Aged Care services
- Organisations offering social, recreational and community participation opportunities
There is no charge to be an exhibitor at the Latrobe Care Expo.
Networking space
All exhibitors are invited to join the provider networking breakfast event from 8:45am to 9:45am. This is a great opportunity to connect with other organisations, share experiences and strengthen collaboration.

Location: Gippsland Indoor Regional Sports Stadium, Traralgon (fully accessible venue)
How to register your interest as an exhibitor
To be considered for an exhibitor space, please complete the online expression of interest form.
The form will help us understand more about your organisation and any site, equipment or accessibility requirements you may have. If you are unable to access the online form, you can request a copy via email by contacting Nicole.charles@gphn.org.au.
Please note that while Gippsland Primary Health Network (Gippsland PHN) will make every effort to accommodate interested organisations, exhibition space is limited and submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee a place at the expo.
Expressions of interest close at 5:00pm on 14 August 2026. You will be notified of the outcome of your application via email by 21 August 2026.
