Therese Tierney re-elected Chair of Gippsland PHN

We congratulate Therese Tierney on being re-elected as Chair of Gippsland PHN with Julie Rogalsky re-elected as Deputy Chair.

Therese has more than 40 years’ experience in the health sector in CEO, senior management and governance positions. Therese has served as Chair for Gippsland PHN over the past two years, and has made a significant contribution to Gippsland PHN, the community and the health sector during this time.

Julie has more than 20 years’ experience in the Gippsland health sector having worked in the general practice, hospital, community health, government and GP training sectors.

We also welcome two new board directors – Dr Letitia Clarke and Nathan Voll. Letitia is a GP anaesthetist based in West Gippsland, and a fellow of the RACGP. Letitia has been integral in the formation of the Gippsland PHN Clinical Councils, participating as Chair of Latrobe and Baw Baw Clinical Council, and more recently being appointed as the Chair of Bass Coast and South Gippsland Clinical Council.

Nathan has considerable experience in the healthcare sector and Department of Education and Training, he is also a Director on the boards of Latrobe Health Services and Latrobe Community Health Services. Nathan has been an independent member of the Gippsland PHN Audit, Risk and Finance Committee, providing considered advice and financial expertise to the organisation.
